- PAN cards are not accepted as ID.
- Guests must be 18 years or older to check in independently.
- Local ID holders may not be accepted, depending on property rules.
2. Booking & Occupancy
- The number of guests must match the booking details.
- Extra guests may incur additional charges.
- Rooms and apartments are for residential use only, not for events or commercial shoots unless approved in writing.
3. No Unmarried Couples (If Strict Policy Applies)
If your property maintains this rule:
- Bookings from unmarried couples may not be accepted.
- Management reserves the right to deny check-in if identification policies are not met.

- Guests must behave respectfully toward staff and other guests.
- Misconduct may result in immediate eviction without refund.
10. Use of Appliances & Facilities
- Facilities such as kitchens, appliances, and utilities should be used responsibly.
- Misuse or unsafe operation may result in charges or denial of facility access.
11. Housekeeping & Linen Policy
- Housekeeping is provided once daily for hotel rooms.
- For serviced apartments, housekeeping schedules may vary based on package.
- Stained or damaged linens may incur a replacement charge.
12. Check-Out Guidelines
- Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise provided.
- Late check-out may be charged depending on availability.
- Keys/access cards must be returned at check-out.
13. Management Rights
The management of Shacon Hotels & Apartments reserves the right to:
- Cancel bookings,
